Alexis Colon-Ortiz

Alexis Colon Ortiz is an improviser, playwright, and director based in the Newnan area. With an emphasis on interactive theatre, Alexis uses narrative-based improv to create immersive, joyful stories. Alexis performs regularly as a long-time member of Newnan Theatre Company’s improv troupe, NITWITS. You may have seen him hosting NITWITS: Game Over, or as Ace of Spades in Malice in Wonderland, or seen his directorial prowess with The Dusk Dimension: A Story of Pine Hills Estates. His daughter, Arti, is his best source of silly inspiration and his wife, Annamaria, makes all of his work possible. Look out for him on @ntcnitwits.
